Dealing with Difficult People

Types of Training:
Our Dealing with Difficult People training course is aimed at delegates who want to develop the skills and attitude to deal with difficult people in the workplace. It could be anyone, from awkward clients, partners, staff, management, colleagues or simply people who complain when their expectations are not met and whose behaviour becomes assertive, aggressive and demanding. In those situations we need to be able to respond effectively and in a controlled manner. This practical course, which focuses on how to deal rationally and effectively with difficult people, is ideal for front line staff, team leaders and managers who have direct contact with others either- by telephone, e-mail or face to face.

In-house courses Our in-house rate for a full day is £999, if you pay at the time of booking, but is substantially more, at £1,299, if you pay on invoice after the date of booking. We can take a maximum of 16 delegates per day. In-house bookings assume delivery on-site and catering supplied by the client.
