The Alcohol Improvement Programme launched it's mentorship scheme and peer visit programme at the first National Workshop for Early Implementers, on the 28th November 2008 in Leeds. Both of these schemes will be made available to practitioners and managers across health, social care and criminal justice agencies who are involved in implementing evidence-based 'High Impact Changes' for alcohol improvement. Whilst priority will be given to nominations from Early Implementer sites, staff from other areas will be invited to take part in order to spread the learning and involve a broader cross-section of organizations taking early action to improve alcohol services.
The resources, learning and outcomes associated with these programmes will be made available on these pages as the schemes develop.
