DES Guidance and Alcohol Templates
Primary Care Commissioning have developed a number of alcohol templates for GP computer systems to support the implementation of the alcohol related risk reduction scheme contained in the recent Directed Enhanced Service (DES) Guidance. The Alcohol Care Pathway Primary Care Guidance (DH) has also been revised to show accompanying read codes.
