Tier One Alcohol workforce Training and Development Needs Analysis:
The aim of this project was to trial a systematic approach to public health workforce planning and development for the Tier One workforce engaged in tackling alcohol misuse by using the Public Health Skills and Career Framework (PHSCF). The purpose was to inform public health workforce planning and development and to engage public health leads and others in the process.
