Voices of experience: stories of change: This report is aimed at people who drink on the streets. It shares people's stories of making positive changes after street drinking, and we hope it will inspire people to make changes. Alcohol Treatment Payment by Results
Payment by Results (PbR) was first introduced in the NHS in 2003/04.This was a move away from sweeping block contracts that supported NHS hospitals up to that time and a move towards payment for the activity they delivered.

National Alcohol Treatment Payment by Results Pilots
Following an invitation to participate the Department of Health Alcohol Policy Team working in partnership with Spectrum Community Health are pleased to announce the Alcohol Treatment Payment by Results pilot sites.Rotherham, Middlesbrough, Nottingham and Wakefield have been selected as pilot sites. Each site will have access to a programme of support to enable them to test out nationally developed products. Feedback from these sites will inform the developing Payment by Results (PbR) approach for specialist alcohol treatment services.
